Meet our Instructors:
Evelynn enjoys slow, alignment based practice to help promote a healthy lifestyle in body and mind. Her goals for each class are to help students gain body awareness and find a safe place to relax. In her free time, you can find her reading, rock climbing, knitting, camping and cuddling with her dog Sproket.
Renee discovered yoga as a child when she saw her father meditate each morning. She is an avid traveler, runner and paddle boarder, so yoga helps her destress from the bustle of life. Her favorite yoga practices are fun and flowy. She tries to embody this is her classes to help her students find peace of mind while having fun in movement.
Kristen is known for her precise yet lighthearted approach to yoga. Coming from a background in biology and a love of anatomy Kristen weaves structure and alignment with free movement and exploration. She encourages students to connect with their own bodies and create movement that honors these connections. She understands that all bodies are different but believes that yoga can be done by everyone if we listen to ourselves. Yoga after all is a practice of connection.
