Recreational Programs

The Recreational Programs at MetroRock Littleton provide a fun and supportive learning environment where youth climbers can experience rock climbing. These programs are a great option for anyone who enjoys climbing recreationally or anyone who is new to the sport and looking to learn climbing skills and techniques with their peers. 


This is a great first step if you think your child might be interested in joining Team MetroRock in the future.



School Sessions

Ages 5 +

A drop in program for climbers looking to explore climbing recreationally under the guidance of an instructor. A healthy mix of climbing, skill development, and fun!

Price: $40/Day (Special pricing available for siblings, members, and 10 day prepaid passes)


Days Offered:

Tuesday and Thursday from 12:00 - 2:00 PM, and 2:30 - 4:30 PM


Climbing Club (8 Week Sessions)

Ages 6 - 10

Climbing Club is for our youngest climbers who enjoy climbing recreationally with guidance from an instructor.

Climbing Club participants will learn about body awareness, movements skills, and basic climbing techniques through the use of climbing focused games and activities. This program will introduce our youngest climbers to the basics of the sport while providing a fun environment where they can get excited about rock climbing.

Price: $280/Session

Days Offered: Monday, Wednesday, Friday from 3:30 - 5:00 PM (participants attend one day per week)


Recreational Team(8 Week Sessions)

Ages 10 - 14

Recreational Team runs similarly to Climbing Club but is geared towards an older age group and has more focused instruction.

Recreational Team is a great option for new climbers who are too old for Climbing Club or any climber wanting to further develop their climbing skills and learn more about the sport in a recreational setting. Recreational Team participants will learn how to improve their body awareness, movements skills, and climbing techniques through the use of climbing focused activities and exercises.

Price: $310/Session

Days Offered: Monday, Wednesday, and Friday from 5:30 - 7:30 PM
