
Training for Women, by Women
Overview
The training will target female specific weaknesses in a secure female friendly environment over a 4 or 8 week span, while introducing workouts and exercises that target specific systems. Each session will meet once a week for two hours.
Objectives: Help each climber to become stronger, more confident, and more technically advanced. Each week new activities will be introduced to accomplish these goals with direct focus on: technique, route reading/ resting/ projecting, power, power endurance, endurance, and contact strength/lock-offs.
Schedule
Intermediate/Advance (v3 minimum) Bootcamp:
4 Weeks: $205.00/person
Begins Tuesday; April 7th and goes through May 5th (will not meet April 21).
