Core Vinyasa with Ashley
Ashley’s core vinyasa class is an artful mix of strengthening and balance work. We begin by building up heat with movement like sun salutations, hip opening and twists; promoting the unity of breath and body. This is followed by simple yet strong standing postures to highlight different angles with controlled movement. Lastly, we direct our created heat to help open up and stretch especially tight muscles in purposeful seated postures; closing with a peaceful savasana. Expect the unexpected, every week is a different sequence!
