MetroRock is stoked to offer Yoga classes on a regular basis. Classes are taught by experienced yoga instructors that . This allows them to focus-in on strengthening and stretching core muscles used in the sport. Yoga practice will help you increase flexibility, strength and mental focus; all vital elements to improve your climbing abilities!

Yoga Flow classes are open to all humans of all levels. Focus on balance and agility will help with climbing and overall wellness. No yoga experience necessary.

Yoga is FREE for members, $10 for the class, and $5 for day pass holders!
