Since 2004, MetroRock Climbing Centers has provided world class climbing facilities to New England. We are very excited to be expanding to New York and are looking for the right people to join our team. Managers will work with the General Manager to assist in all aspect of preparing our gym for opening day, and successfully running the facility once open. Desk Staff will work with Shift Supervisors and the Management team to help run the facility from day to day. Desk Staff are the backbone to creating a welcoming environment and introducing customers to the MetroRock experience. This is a part/full time position which reports to the gym manager. Routesetters will work with Chief Routesetter and the Director of Route Setting to set boulder problems and top-rope/lead routes throughout the facility. Prior route-setting experience and knowledge of rope systems and anchoring methods required. Read full description here.
