Sunday School

Train with us and take it to the next level!

Who: Adults age 18 and up
When: Sunday nights, 7:30 pm -10:00 pm

CURRENT SEASON SCHEDULE

Winter 2013-14: December 1st - February 9th. 9 weeks, no meeting the last 2 weekends of December.

Looking to get religious with training? Sunday School is for adult climbers looking for the perfect way to get better in a disciplined, fun environment with other like-minded climbers. Your personal goals as a climber are challenges we’ll face together. By the end of the season, you’ll be a stronger, more confident climber.

A focus on the Individual, working in a group setting. Training is largely based on YOUR needs and abilities. Though all members meet at the same time for practice, we will split into groups based on climbing levels and interests to insure that everyone gets the program they desire.

What to expect
Each week we'll focus on a different topic to work on. From dynos to endurance, you'll learn a few new moves and ways to improve on them. We'll run through some drills and exercises relating to that topic. Most sessions will conclude with the "half hour of power" with bootcamp style fitness training.

Sample itinerary:
7:30 to 8:00 - Warm up.
8:00 to 8:30 - Introduction of the weekly topic.
8:15 to 9:30 - Work on drills and exercises relating to the topic.
9:30 to 10:00 - Half hour of power!

FEES

The course runs for 9 weeks. We encourage you to stay for the whole period so we don't offer walk-in rates. If you're looking for a more flexible program, consider personal training!

Non-Students: $225
Students: $200

To sign up, either call, ask at the front desk, or show up early before the first class!
