Come to MetroRock and have our friendly and professional instructors teach and belay your team, club, friends or family.  From birthday parties to climbing teams to corporate team-building events, we can host your event. Our staff are fun, energetic and trained to keep you happy and safe. To complete the day, we have private rooms for your celebrations, meetings, or meals.

Climbing Team:  The youth on our climbing team get a unique blend of fun and training from some of the best climbers in the world. Our team trains several times a week, competes regionally and travels to climbing areas around the country.

After school programs and summer camps:   These programs are designed for children at any climbing level.  Through team-building games, open climbing time and instruction, we help kids learn to climb and have fun.  

Parties:  For that special celebration we also offer belaying instructors for parties, whether it's a birthday or just because.  Order pizza for a food break in our party room and let the fun continue!

Sleepovers: If you want to extend your stay and add time for more instruction, our sleepover events allow you go at your own pace and have the gym all to yourselves.

Team-Building Events:  Going beyond trust falls and boring conference rooms, our events are designed to get your people working together to solve problems, reach goals and have some fun in a unique setting.

Our Facilities:  Our friendly staff create a fun and safe environment for your group, team, or friends to enjoy the wonderful sport of climbing.  We have state-of-the art climbing centers that are clean, professional, and the largest indoor climbing terrain in New England. Our full service fitness facilities include cardio machines, free weights and locker rooms with showers.
