Everyone who climbs at MetroRock North / Newburyport must have first signed our waiver of liability. Note that this waiver is different than the MetroRock Everett / Boston waiver. Every climber must complete a separate waiver for each MetroRock location.

Adults (anyone 18 years of age and over) sign the waiver on their own. The signature must be witnessed by a MetroRock employee.

Children (anyone under 18 years of age) must have a waiver signed by a parent or guardian. The parent or guardian may either sign the waiver at MetroRock North (witnessed by a MetroRock North employee), or alternatively may have their signature notarized by a certified notary public.
