Ken Miller: "I studied Hatha Yoga at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, where I received my 200 hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training. My passion for yoga stems from its capacity to foster physical and emotional well-being in a fun and powerful way. Yoga offers wonderful tools for managing anxiety and stress, and for achieving a greater sense of ease, confidence, and self-acceptance. As a rock-climber and runner, I am grateful for the ways in which yoga has increased my strength, flexibility, and focus." To learn more, visit his webpage.

Matt Arsenault: "With a distinct influence of the meditative and relaxing style of Yin and alignment properties of the Iyengar tradition, mixed with thoughtful sequencing and a good sense of humor I bring a truly unique view on yoga to you. After completing his 200 hour YogaWorks training in Bali I immediately went to teaching specifics class focusing on extreme sports, such as surfing and climbing, where the practice of Yoga is often overlooked. Although these classes are designed toward the bodies of athletes practicing these disciplines; Focusing on shoulders, hips, core and mental awareness the rewards of the practice are felt universally through all types of bodies. A big focus of my practice is to help break down the ever so present barrier of doubt in people and provide a safe, comfortable, non judgmental environment for yogis and yoginis' of all levels to practice. Whether you've been practicing for a lifetime or are just beginning your lifetime practice all are welcome. I hope to see you on the mat, in the water or in the mountains. Namaste."
