Yoga Classes
MetroRock is pleased to offer Yoga classes on a regular basis. Classes are taught by experienced yoga instructors who are also climbers, allowing them to address the wants and needs of climbers through . Yoga practice will help you increase flexibility, strength and mental focus; all vital elements to improve your climbing abilities!
Everett:
- Monday and Wednesday at 6:30pm
- FREE for members/$9 for non-members
Newburyport:
- Monday at 7pm
- $8 for members/$10 for non-members
Classes are on a "first come-first serve" basis. We do not take reservations. Ask about punchcards and package deals!

Ken Miller: "I studied Hatha Yoga at the Nosara Yoga Institute in Costa Rica, where I received my 200 hour Yoga Alliance-certified teacher training.
