Every third Friday is Member's Appreciation at MetroRock!!
MetroRock would like to reward our loyal customers by allowing you to bring a friend for free every 3rd Friday of the month
Here are the details:
- Must have some type of time based membership
- May or may not be Guests first time to gym
- Guests must pass a belay test to get on the ropes
- Rentals are included for guest
