Basic Top Rope Safety (101)
7:30 pm to 9:00 pm
1.5 hour class designed for beginners. Staff will walk you through the basics required to get you climbing on the ropes and having fun times. Topics include basic knots, belay technique, safety concerns and climbing etiquette. All rental gear is included. Once you are done with the class you can continue climbing in the gym to practice your new skills. Normal Class Hours Monday - Friday 7:30-9pm Saturday & Sunday 12:30-2pm Please call in advance to reserve your spot. (617) 387-7625 You may also book a group basic safety at a time of your choosing for 6 or more people.
 
Yoga
7:30 pm to 8:30 pm
Classes are taught by experienced yoga instructors who also share the passion of climbing. This allows them to focus on strengthening and stretching core muscles used in the sport. Yoga practice will help you increase flexibility, strength and mental focus; all vital elements to improve your climbing abilities! Monday - Thursday 7:30-8:30pm

Kurt's Bootcamp
8:30 pm to 9:30 pm
Total fitness in one hour! This class is open to all, no reservations required. $15 per drop in. Kurt will give your body a full workouts for overall fitness and to even out the imbalances of the typical climber's physique. As a certified PT, he can evaluate your strengths and weaknesses to get you on the right path. Personal sessions also available, ask Kurt for details!
