Ustrasana- Camel Pose
This month we’ll be focusing on an energizing and invigorating backbend. Backbends open and stretch the entire front of the body, improve posture by realigning the spine, and strengthen the back muscles.
Using a wall when practicing Camel Pose is an excellent way to practice proper alignment. Come to your knees, and place a block on the narrow setting between the thighs to ensure that the knees are hip-width apart. Bring the front thighs and frontal hip points to touch the wall. As you move into the backbend, you’ll keep this connection to the wall to ensure that the hips stay stacked over the knees.
Spend a day playing on the boulders at NH's famous Pawtuckaway! This park features some of the most diverse set of boulders in a gorgeous forest setting.
The tour will be hosted by one of our top boulderers who knows the grounds like it was his own backyard. We'll provide the crashpads and the local beta; you provide the psych and the trying hard!

Free for members/guests in costume, $5 for non-members
We decided to put all this space and the killer sound system to good use by throwing a dance party! We'll set up some cool, space themed lighting, Harpoon might drop off some bottles, the music will be bumping and we'll have an intergalactic fun time!
Costumes are not required but would definitely get you bonus points! Just make sure you can dance in your costume.

This showcase of our summer camps and after school programs will introduce your child to climbing and the fun games we play at our gym. We'll have belayers on hand, the kid's ropes course will be open and we'll supply the pizza!
Welcome to Sunday School Session 3! We are very excited about this session and have changed a few things about it. We have learned a lot from the last session and we still have 4 coaches that will be ready to help you along the way. You are in for a great season of learning new training tools, meeting other motivated climbers that want to train and to get strong! Remember if you purchase the 6 session option you can come to any session you would like! If you use all 6 up before the comp and still want to attend we can work something out for you to come and crush the field!!!
Twisting is an important component of the yoga practice, giving us the opportunity to wring out our bodies just like wringing out a washcloth. Through this wringing action, this seated twist can flush out toxins while bringing in fresh oxygen to muscles and organs. Twisting is also beneficial for range of motion in the spine, especially the lower back. Improving digestion, posture, and circulation are other added benefits of twists.
