Charging Policy
When you call to make a reservation MetroRock will ask you the number of members in your group and will quote you a price based upon your reply. The final price you will pay will depend on the total number of clients in the program on the day of the event.

Waiver
A signed MetroRock Waiver of Liability is required for each participant.

Cancellation and Refund Policy
If you must cancel your reservation for any reason please give us as much prior notice as possible. 

A full refund will be given for cancellations made at least 21 days prior to the start of the course/instruction. 

If cancellation is made less than 21 days before the course we will apply the deposit as a credit towards a course at a later time. 

No refund will be given to "no shows" on the day of the event. 

Inclement Weather
Adverse weather may force an event to be rescheduled. The guide/instructor will make the final determination if an event is to be rescheduled. Events that begin but then are halted due to inclement weather are subject to rescheduling AND only for the remainder of the allotted time. For example, if after 3 hours into an 8 hour event there is a downpour, the remaining 5 hours will be rescheduled. Events that proceed beyond the halfway point will not be rescheduled.
